ENGLISH AND ACTIVITIES CAMP
During this two or three-week programs, four days per week, students take three hours of English classes in the morning or afternoon. The other part of the day is spent participating in various cultural and sports activities in the Miami area (museum hopping, volleyball on the beach, tennis, or other activities). Three all-day excursions to different points of interest in the area are planned during the non-instructional days. At the end of each day, students return to their host families to have dinner and enjoy other family activities.
During weekends, students have a choice of spending their time with their host families or participating in Open Hearts-organized activities, such as trips to Universal Studio and Island of Adventure in Orlando, Florida.
